Susan Finlay

Susan Susan Finlay is the Founder and Executive Director of Nation At Prayer.

Prior to following the Lord’s call to establish Nation At Prayer, Susan was a senior consultant in an international management consulting and executive recruiting corporation, having previously served as a human resources executive in the not-for-profit and government sectors.  Susan began her career as part of an innovative team transforming the educational experience of students of an inner-city school.

Susan served on the board of an NGO doing development work in Afghanistan, is a past member of the Board of Governors of Tyndale University College and Seminary, and is corporation member emeritus of World Vision Canada. She is past co-chair of the Markham Prayer Breakfast and the Greater Toronto East Prayer Breakfast.

Susan and her husband Mel are partners in life, ministry and leadership, devoted to serving the Lord as instruments for transformation in the lives of other individuals and the nation.

Susan is featured in the book Faith, Life and Leadership: 8 Canadian Women Tell Their Stories - Volume 2.  She holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary.
