Susan Finlay is the Founder and Executive Director of Nation At Prayer, a non-partisan, non-issue national ministry focused on spiritual refreshment and prayer with and for elected representatives at every level of government.  .

Prior to the compelling vision that led to Nation At Prayer, Susan was a senior consultant in an international management consulting and executive search corporation, having previously served as a human resources executive in the not-for-profit and government sectors.  Susan began her career as a teacher with an innovative team transforming an inner-city school., 

Partners in life, ministry and leadership, Susan and Mel serve as mentors to a broad range of national and international leaders and ministries. Member Emeritus of the World Vision Canada corporation, Susan has served on the Board of Governors of Tyndale University College and Seminary, was a board director of an organization doing development work among women in Afghanistan, and former co-chair of both the Markham Prayer Breakfast and the Toronto Prayer Breakfast.
